FAQS !

1. Why does it takes so long for you to forward the items ?
♡ i will forward the items once total shipment reaches certain weight so DONT JOIN IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO WAIT
2. Why didn't you answer my dm ?
♡ i might have overlooked your dm so do spam me if you need fast reply
3. How long does it take for the item to arrive ?
♡ it depends on how fast the seller ships your item and it also depends on the courier . since we're on a pandemic right now , so the shipping process will be a little bit slow due to delays.
4. Can I backout for items that i already secured ?
♡ strictly no you can't but if you insist you have to find someone else to replace your slot or else you'll not get your money back.
5. How does the your pc request works?
♡ you'll only need to dm me the pc you want , make the depo payment and wait for me to find it ! (not accepting any atm)
6. What are your payment methods?

7. Do you do postage every week?
♡ yes ! i usually do postage on FRIDAY every week however delays may happen and if so postage will be done on Monday the next week so please be patient and understanding :>
8. How long will it take for you to update the masterlist?
♡ i'll usually update it in 1-5 working days but if i still haven’t update your item in the masterlist after that period, feel free to dm me because i might have overlooked it ! please be patient as im still a student and need to balance between my studies ~
9. How does your dealing service work ?
♡ you can just dm me when you need me to help deal with a seller , embed the link , quote the price (using my rates) and make the payment !
10. Can i deal with the international seller by myself and ask your help to transfer the money and use your international address?
♡ yes ofc you can !! just dm me after you’ve deal with the seller so that i can proceed with the payment and address details process >_<

REFUND POLICY !

☼ make sure you have an unedited / raw video of unboxing the item before dming us for refund NO VIDEO NO REFUND !
☼ no refund will be made if we received your item beforehand in a defective condition THEREFORE STRICTLY DO NOT DM US FOR REFUND
☼ when discussing regarding refunds please be open minded and let’s be kind with each other to avoid any conflicts
☼ pls NOTE any damages or defects caused during shipping / by courier is totally out of our control THEREFORE NO REFUND WILL BE MADE
☼ refunds can be made if we can’t find your requested items or if it’s SOLD OUT
☼ you are always welcome to dm me for refund if any of your item’s damage is caused by OUR PACKAGING as i am always looking forward into improving our packaging
